Driving registration in MindKey allows employees to record their work-related driving. The system can keep track of kilometers and provide a basis for the payment of mileage allowances or reimbursements.
To register your driving, log in to MindKey, navigate to “Driving Registration,” and enter information about the start and end addresses, the purpose of the trip, and the number of kilometers driven.
Once you have submitted your driving registration, it is forwarded to your manager or administrator for approval. You will be notified when it has been approved.
